We do not offer 24-hour access as we are a small family-run business and prefer to offer reassurance and a personal touch to our customers that only a manned unit can provide. Access is readily available during opening hours.
Yes we have trolleys and sack trucks to use, free of charge, on the premises.
Yes, a £50 deposit is required on your unit which will be refunded upon vacation.
Yes. You can supply your own, or you can purchase a padlock from us for just £3.80, which will come with 2 keys.
The minimum rental period is 1 month, making it perfect as a stop gap solution for students, relocations or during renovations. If you require longer, no problem! We have customers that have had goods stored with us for over 20 years!
We sell 3 different size boxes to suit your requirements, bubble wrap, tape, paper, plus mattress and sofa covers etc. Even if you aren’t looking for storage, we can still supply you with sensibly priced packing materials for house and office moves alike.
Yes, but they must be on a lead at all times.
Yes, children may join you on site at your own risk and must be under continuous supervision.
We can see business stock/single items into storage by prior arrangement and check-ins are subject to T&Cs. Forklifts must be pre-booked. This is FREE of charge when you purchase storage with us. If you are looking for check-in services we advise you get in touch for more information.
We are not a 24-hour facility, however after hours access can be pre-booked at a cost of £25ph from 6pm, and Out-of-Hours access at £40ph. Access must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.

Yes, we can offer pre-booked pallet unloading services with one of our forklift drivers. Simply contact us to arrange your time slot.
If you’d like us to forklift your pallet off a delivery vehicle for you, this service is just £10.00 per pallet, or £30.00 for multiple pallets.
